I’m a film and animatic editor/director originally from the Isle of Man, where storytelling has long been shaped by tides, folklore, and rhythm. That cultural inheritance influences how I work with image and sound. Like a Celtic skald, I approach editing as a craft of memory and meaning, shaping stories with care and instinct.
I work at DNEG in their feature animation department, currently as 1st Assistant Editor on The Angry Birds Movie: 3. I recently cut the short docu-drama No Man Is An Island, funded by the BFI and The Guardian, which is available to watch now:
My past credits include The Garfield Movie as animation editor, Netflix’s Entergalactic as assistant animation editor, and Dead End: Paranormal Park (Netflix/Blink Inc) as Junior Editor. I was assistant animation editor on Ron’s Gone Wrong (Locksmith/Disney), and 1st Assistant Editor on Moominvalley (Gutsy Animation). My first feature animation role was as a Trainee Assistant Editor on Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs.
The documentary I directed ‘Wandering Rocks‘ was nominated at Sheffield Doc-Fest and selected for several oscar qualifying festivals including, Helsinki FF, Berlin Shorts FF and London Short FF.
I’m currently based in Montréal, Canada.
